The Next Evolution Of My Work

β€œIf you want to build a brand, you have to be willing to piss off 80% of people to get to your 20%.” – Jane Wurwand, 240MM entrepreneur

Yesterday, I announced the next evolution of my work:

Advanced self-development for entrepreneurs.

Of course, it’s not a huge leap:

We were already doing advanced self-development work — and now that we’re narrowing our specialization to entrepreneurs, the natural question is…

Why?

Well, in addition to the reasons we spoke about yesterday…

…Much of my work focuses on development of the mind.

And, make no mistake:

Business is a game that is played with the mind.

Your business is your mind put on display:

An open window into your thinking ability, your ingenuity, and your creative power.

Everything you create carries your psychological fingerprint…

…For the world to see, to judge, and to vote for with their dollars to determine the survival or failure of your venture.

Sound intense?

It is.

Entrepreneurship is high-stakes decision making with survival-level consequences.

Your business is built on a series of decisions followed by corresponding actions, each one sourced from your mind.

From your ability to think critically:

To deconstruct problems and put solutions together in new and original ways.

From your intuitive intelligence:

The power of your own internal guidance that can feel and sense the right move before you make it.

From your emotional resilience:

Your ability to control stress responses, regulate your nervous system, and process intensity in real-time.

And from your creative capacity:

Your access to the wellspring of inspiration from which all ideas flow.

Steve Jobs didn’t become successful because he discovered a new viral hack for YouTube.

Elon didn’t become Elon by optimizing his hashtags.

High-level entrepreneurship is not about the platform of the month, the shiny new biz op, or figuring out how to get more likes on your posts.

Fundamentally, it’s about you.

And, before you can create the business that changes your life…

…You must become the version of yourself that is capable of creating it.

So that’s why.
