A few months ago, I was co-facilitating a weekend retreat when a long-time student asked:
“Would you ever create a complete program for building Jing, and learning to control sexual energy?
I think a lot of guys really need it.”
It’s a question I’ve been asked many times over the past two years, ever since I gave a private, unrecorded talk on Jing during our 2022 DeepGame retreat.
And he wasn’t wrong:
A lot of guys really do need it.
In fact, I consider the healthy management of sexual energy a Tier-1 practice:
On par with nutrition, training, meditation, and even sleep.
That may sound crazy, at first — but only until you realize:
– Sexual energy is the internal generator that powers every system of our body
(stronger sexual energy = stronger vitality)
– Sexual energy is the motivating force at the center of almost all of our behaviours
(peel back your reasons for doing just about anything, and more often than not, you’ll find sex at the center)
– Sexual energy is life force itself — it gave us life; it is the reason we’re here.
So it’s not only important, it’s mission-critical…
…And I still wasn’t teaching it.
Honestly, I think I was afraid:
Of what people would think, of becoming some “sexuality guru” guy, of ruffling the sensitives, of inciting a riot, of — who gives a sh*t.
Really:
Who. Gives. A. Sh*t.
I don’t know what took me so long to snap out of it, but the moment he asked me that question, it clicked:
I don’t care what the normals think about Jing, or sexual energy, or pretty much anything else.
What I do care about is helping you grow into your full power…
…And sexual energy is — literally — the source of that power.
So I guess this is my apology (/ excuse) for taking so long to finally teach this material.
I know it should have happened years ago, but dammit, we’re doing it now.
