Cool stuff I found this week | P2

“Time is an illusion. Lunch-time doubly so.” – Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy

Last time we dropped a “weekly recommendations” email, there were tons of requests to make it a regular series.

Which sounded like a great idea to me, until I forgot all about it.

So here’s take 2 of “cool stuff I found this week”...

***

Jim Jeffries: High n’ Dry

This was a comedy masterpiece from start to finish (and what a finish it is).

Very not recommended for sensitive and/or young audiences — seriously, don’t even watch the trailer…

Alex Hormozi on Modern Wisdom

Hormozi is an interesting study… He thinks at a high level, but seems to apply his thinking to goals that are far less sophisticated than his thinking is (at least, as far as I can see from the outside looking in).

But his series on Modern Wisdom is a rare example of Alex applying his thinking to topics beyond money, and it’s powerful.

(and even inspired this week’s email, “The simple formula to become great at anything”)

Theo Von is a basketball genius

Turns out, all my game was missing was a “baby gator shot off the backtop” — if only my coach had told me…

(reference will make sense about a minute in)

Enjoy, and have an awesome weekend over there.

You deserve it.

P.S. This week’s list is getting a bonus, ’cause Maggie Rogers just dropped a new track, and you know I love me some Maggie.

P.P.S. A quick reminder to hit reply and let us know if you’re interested in the private membership we discussed this week.

Those on our reply list will get first grab at the limited spots available.
