“Whatever you resist, persists. Whatever you try to push away, you’re actually energizing.” – Adyashanti

I’m deep into an outline for our upcoming summer retreat (t-minus 5.5 weeks, fellas)…

…So in place of a full length email, here’s a Part 2 to yesterday’s powerful message from Adyashanti:

***

Until the whole world is free to agree with you or disagree with you…

Until you have given everyone the freedom to like you or not like you, to love you or hate you…

To see things as you see them or to see things differently…

Until you have given the whole world its freedom…

You’ll never have your freedom.

***

In other words:

You can only be who you are when you allow others to be who they are.

How could it be any other way?

Curious to hear what thoughts this inspired for you.

I spent my 20's building a multi-million dollar online company while training intensively in meditation, qigong, plant medicine, and the internal arts. I’ve spent my 30's running retreats all over the world, coaching high-performing entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives, and leaders. Today, I write and speak about human potential, life strategy, modern spirituality, and the path to self-mastery. It’s a pleasure to share that path with you.
